Hello, my name is Dietmar Zimmer and my mission is to inspire and coach young people to become the best version of themselves.
When I entered the financial industry 36 years ago, I was lucky enough to meet my mentor at an early age who taught me everything about creating a winner’s mindset.
Today, the roles have turned and now I am this mentor for many of my young colleagues.

People who are determined do not let those around them tell them what they are capable of.
People who are determined set goals for themselves and do not engage in wishful thinking.
It is your life. You are at the helm of your own ship. Do you sail with a certain destination in mind and check regularly whether you are still heading in the right direction? Or are you just bobbing around on the ocean hoping to find the treasure island?
